	LINK YOUR ROOMS WITH COLOR – The color relationship between rooms can be really important when selling your home. Rooms should feel harmonious not disjointed or chopped up. To create a feeling of unity and continuous flow from room to room, colors should relate to each other and make the buyer want to enter the next room.
	PAINTING – Painting is the most inexpensive project with the highest return on an improvement investment you can make!
